You will work as part of a professional team and follow our cleaning systems, safety procedures, and quality standards.You may drive a company vehicle during the workday as required and will use company-provided cleaning products, supplies, and equipment.What You'll DoProfessionally clean residential and commercial propertiesClean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other assigned spacesVacuum, dust, mop, sanitize, and detail surfacesFollow established cleaning systems and quality standardsWork efficiently and maintain a consistent pace throughout the dayWork as part of a team and follow direction from the Team LeaderProperly use and care for company cleaning products, supplies, and equipmentEnsure equipment and supplies are collected before leaving each propertyImmediately report damage, safety concerns, or customer issuesMaintain a professional and respectful attitude with customers and coworkersDrive a company vehicle during the workday when assignedRequirementsMinimum 2 years of professional residential or commercial cleaning experienceValid U.S. driver's licenseMust be willing and able to drive a company vehicle when assignedReliable and punctualStrong attention to detailAble to work at a fast and consistent paceAble to follow cleaning procedures and instructionsComfortable working as part of a teamProfessional and respectful with customers and coworkersAuthorized to work in the United StatesHiring ProcessEmployment is contingent upon completion of the company's hiring requirements, which may include a background check and verification of employment history and professional references, consistent with applicable law.Physical RequirementsThis is a physically active position.
