This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a quality professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about driving supplier performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of Supplier Quality Engineers responsible for supplier performance and quality assurance.Establish and execute supplier quality strategies that support operational, customer, and business objectives.Drive supplier qualification, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.Partner closely with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to improve supplier performance and mitigate risk.Utilize quality tools and methodologies including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, Lean, and Six Sigma.Develop supplier scorecards, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive accountability and improvement.Support new product introductions and supplier transitions while ensuring quality and compliance requirements are met.Lead escalation management for supplier-related quality issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations, or a related technical field.8+ years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or quality systems leadership.Proven experience leading supplier development and managing supplier quality programs in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of quality management systems, auditing practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
